Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Remal Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used microphones, earphones, or other audio accessories
  • Downloadable digital products, software, or license codes
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Health-related gear (e.g., wearable tech like body mics or skin-contact products)
  • Any item returned after 14 days from delivery

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)

  • Items with visible signs of use or missing original packaging
  • Products with damaged components not due to our error
  • Any return received more than 14 but less than 30 days after delivery (case-by-case basis)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Recheck your bank account or credit card.
  • Contact your card issuer or bank – processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@remalhub.com with your order number and issue details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • If the gift was not marked or sent by the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
  • You’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
